Glow Yoga – July 29
On Wednesday night, after the bar closes the lights go down and the black lights come on! Pour is hosting an event called “Gloga,” a twist on normal yoga, but glow in the dark. From the upbeat music to the laughs between friends, Yogi Noelle Bellefleur provides the class with a fun time, including 80s & 90s music.
“Gloga” is a great experience for first time yoga students and students who have perfected every yoga position they can. It is an unforgettable event for anyone who attends.
Because of the COVID restrictions and precautions this class will operate at a 12 capacity maximum and guests will be spaced at least 15ft apart. Book early to secure your spot. Come early for dinner and/or drinks with friends.
Can I drink alcohol while I gloga? Yes of course you can! Yogi Noelle Bellefleur may even give you “sip breaks”. Arrive a few minutes early to order, or enjoy drinks & a light dinner before and wit for gloga to begin. Absolutely no outside food or drinks (except water).
What should I bring? each participant is asked to bring their own yoga mat. During COVID there are no mats available to borrow! We highly recommend a water bottle should you need to hydrate during class.
What should I wear? Whatever you’re most comfortable in, and shoes will come off. White clothes will make it more fun!
What if I don’t drink alcohol? Not to worry, the Bar is closed, no pressure to drink.
Can I get a refund? There are no refunds within 4 days of the class. Within 7 days we can attempt to refill your space and your ticket can be transferred to a later date. Bookings outside 7 days can be transferred to a later date.
Why the odd start time? We’re currently mandated to close by 10pm each evening, and we’d like to give people time to finish up and be out by 10pm.
